Getting the menu plans

These will be how my posts will go from this point forward:

I will give a brief over view of what I did and how my day went. I will post after every weigh in. The below that will be my weight loss for that day's weigh in (light blue) then the total loss to date will be in (red).

***Today: I had my first class at MRC (Metabolic Research Center) . It was getting the menu's on what I can & can not have. Should be pretty easy to follow. I will have a lot of cottage cheese, chicken, veggies and fruits. Which is all good because I like all of that. I did invest in a Brita water pitcher for work so that will be very helpful. Soda will not be a big deal for me since as many of you know I gave it up last year (November 1, 2007) not had one since! Yeah for me!!

Steve and I signed up (again) for the MS 150 bike tour. But since I will be loosing a lot of weight over this year and next should not be a problem. (Keep up the prayers for me).

****Weight in: I lost 2 more pounds since Tuesday -YEAH- total loss to date 7 pounds.
